Eventually, it was decided that Bodhi "moving in" if you could call the small room he was allowed - moved in - to make things easier.

If you could call this "easier". Most of his friends had long since gone home, but explaining to the ones who remained what had happened and what he's doing had been wrenching. To the ones who didn't know about the torrid relationship between the two of them, it didn't mean much. But those that knew, he'd seen the judgement and worry in their eyes, and it'd envoked more than one argument.

But now, in the end - with Hux more than half through his term - no more hiding his condition on his lanky frame, it was in the open and here they were.

It was miserable, responding to the former general's every whim, no matter how ridiculous - keeping his promise to make sure that Bodhi was unhappy - but he'd just remind himself he wasn't doing this for Hux but the child. Every run to the grocery store at an obscene hour, every foot rub, or extreme moodswing put up with.

That's not to say that Bodhi wasn't at least trying to make this work, or trying to make it bearable for them to be living in the same space. Usually he tries to keep out of the other man's way until he's needed, but this morning he's up early making breakfast in the kitchen. Usually Hux is up by this point, the man is punctual like nobody he's ever seen. ]
